As for Jerry - what can I say? He is one heck of a superintendent. He always had a smile on his face, and never once made us feel like he didn't have time to explain the building process of our house. He went over and above his job with Canzano Homes as far as we're concerned. Whenever he saw us pull up to the house, he made himself available to answer any questions we had. He took all the time we needed during our walk-thru and answered our many, many questions - all with his wonderful sense of humor! He even made a joke by telling us "The flies come with the house, at no extra cost.

Your office staff -Donna and Peggy are wonderful. Anytime I called the office, I was treated with kindness and respect. Donna and I had a discrepancy in the audit of our down payments and she quickly got the information I needed to resolve the discrepancy. I had to call the office to speak with Donna at one time and Peggy answered the phone. I felt like I knew her for several years by the time I hung up the phone!

I have spoken highly about Canzano Homes to several of my friends and acquaintances. In fact, my old neighbors have signed a Purchase Agreement. We were neighbors in the Silverman Homes (east of Pontiac Trail and north of Nine Mile)-you know, the "moldy sub". Your Homes are superb. I know they will be very happy.

Again, I want to thank you and your staff for your hard work in building our beautiful home.

We are trying to take advantage of a down market and get into a home we can have for years to come. We checked out some other builders and I had my mind made up that I wanted to build in another development with another builder. Well, thankfully I married the woman I did and she wanted to keep looking. She found Hornbrook Estates in South Lyon so I agreed to at least check it out so she would leave me alone. I of course, drove into the subdivision with a bad attitude because I thought we had already found the best place for us. When I saw the homes and the sub I decided I might as well at least go into the model.

The home was extremely nice and fit what we wanted way better than the other builder but I wasn't about to admit that to my wife so I had a good facade going that I still wanted the other place. Then we met Faye...

Faye is quite possibly the best person you could work with as a young couple trying to get into a home you want. She has great advice and, more importantly, she is on your side. She does everything possible to get you what you want at a discount. My wife and I thought it was impossible to get what we wanted at the price we wanted, but Faye took it to the builder anyway and they came back at an offer that was amazing. What good peopleā€¦are they making a profit, of course, otherwise they wouldn't do it, but they aren't trying to stick it to you like it seems other places do because they won't negotiate. Canzano negotiated generously. They really want to get you into a home you want and will decrease their profit tremendously to do so.

I know this letter sounds cheesy and everything like it's written by the builder himself, but you are doing a disservice to yourself if you want to build and you don't check Canzano out. Don't have tunnel vision like I did my wife was right and I even admitted it to her.
