Nick Canzano
|
|
Nick is the president and chief operating officer of Canzano Building Company. He is primarily responsible
for day to day operations of the company. He plans and negotiates in an effort to maintain quality in
workmanship, while keeping costs in line. He works closely with the sales staff on every home and is
instrumental in making sure that all features selected by our purchasers are conveyed to our field
personnel and subcontractors in a precise and accurate manner.

Nick Mancinelli

|
Nick is the main developer and civil engineer for the organization. He works with the various organizations
in the cities and ensures that the developments are in accordance with local and federal laws. He makes
sure that the developments are eco-friendly.

Rob Canzano
|
|
Rob is vice-president of Canzano Building Company. He is responsible for all the construction activities at the various sites. He works
with the site superintendents at the developments to keep up with schedules and to ensure compliance to
blue prints.

Joe Manicinelli
|
|
Joe is a principal owner of JDM Building Co. LLC. As a graduate of the University of Michigan Business
School, he has over 20 years experience in the building industry. He is responsible for the day to day
operations of the company, as well as negotiating with industry trades to keep costs in line.

Rick Canzano
|
|
Rick is our site supervisor and will be seen most often at any one of our various subdivisions making sure
that the trades are working onsite. He is also responsible for site safety and making sure that the homes
are physically ready for closing. Our homeowners will also have direct contact with Rick, if a warranty
issue arises. He will either correct the problem himself or contact the correct trade.

Theresa Shrader

Bringing 24+ years of new construction sale and marketing experience, she is passionate about every new
home she is involved with and provides a personal relationship to ensure that your new home is just what
you desire. She is in touch with current as well as classic home trends and is responsible for all color
and optional selections. She is a licensed REALTOR with RE/MAX Classic and is celebrating 25+ years as a
professional full service real estate agent.

Tina Buscemi and Peggy Hillyard

|
Tina and Peggy are responsible for the everyday running of the main office. When homeowners, mortgage
companies or others call with questions or concerns, they will be able to find the necessary information.
They are responsible to coordinate and convey information between homeowners, sales staff, title company,
mortgage company, vendors and trades. Warranty requests are also received and processed for response by
Tina and Peggy.
