Canzano Building Company and JDM Building Company were originally founded on a single, guiding principle:
To create realistic expectations in the building process, through honesty and integrity. Since their
formation and now, backed by 125 years combined experience, these companies have thrived
and prospered on that same principle and continues to do so today!
Though use of -- thorough and complete contract documents, we disclose to our clients, the precise
specifications and features of every home we build. Through the use of state-of-the-art, construction
management software, we have designed and implemented a system in which we convey to every subcontractor,
a detailed "Work Order". This "Work Order" encompasses all aspects of a subcontractor's scope-of-work for
a particular home, including standard, as well as optional features alike, and is issued from our main
office to essentially every subcontractor on a given job. It is through this system that we enable our
field personnel to act as quality control inspectors rather than caretakers. We feel that our Field
Personnel's time is better spent insuring that each subcontractor is performing their work in a timely
and professional-like manner, rather than instructing the subcontractor as to the specifics of the work
he shall perform. It is not only through this system that we are able to minimize errors in the
construction process and deliver to our customers their dream home, on time with excellent quality and
craftsmanship, with character that is shaped on the customers' needs and wishes.
Canzano Building Company and JDM Building Company are currently doing business as North Creek Estates
Partner LLC and Westland Investments LLC. These are proudly building new homes at Kirkway Place in Novi,
