Nick is President and Chief Operating Officer of Canzano Contracting Corporation and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company. He plans and negotiates with suppliers and subcontractors in an effort to maintain quality in workmanship while keeping costs in line. His responsibilities include working closely with the sales staff on every home and is instrumental in making sure that all features selected by our purchasers are conveyed to our field personnel.
Domenic (Nick) is a principle owner of JDM Building Co. LLC. He is a civil engineer and in charge of property development for Canzano Contracting Corporation and JDM Building Company LLC. He works directly with the municipalities and various organizations to ensure that the development of vacant land is made in accordance with local and federal laws.
Rob is the Vice President of Canzano Contracting Corporation and is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is responsible for all the construction activities and project management at the various sites. He works with the site superintendents at the developments to keep up with schedules and to ensure compliance with selected building materials.
Joe is a principal owner of JDM Building Co. LLC. and a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, He works closely with the sales staff on every home and is instrumental in making sure that all features selected by our purchasers are conveyed to our field personnel and subcontractors in a precise and accurate manner. He is active in negotiating with industry trades and suppliers to obtain the best pricing so this saving can be passed on to our clients.
Brother to Nick and Rob, Rick is responsible for permitting for all homes through cities and county municipalities. He is also responsible for initiating utility services for all homes. Rick handles project management at various projects as well. He also creates work orders to our trades for building homes and coordinates with ProHome for all warranty issues.
Dan and Dave are our project managers and will be seen most often at any one of our various subdivisions making sure that the trades are working onsite and completing their work to expected standards and quality. They are also responsible for site safety and making sure that the homes are physically ready for closing.
Tina and Dawnya make up the Office Staff. They are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable for all our companies. They also handle all correspondence via mail and email with trades, homeowners and municipalities. Between the two of them, they coordinate and convey information between homeowners, sales staff, warranty department, vendors and trades.
These three are valuable field staff and will be seen at any one of our various subdivisions making sure that large and small details are attended to. They are also responsible for subdivision appearance and completing all the final details so the home is completely ready for the new homeowner to move right in.
